What is your Lottery Post posting signature?

Why did you choose it?

There are lots of clever signatures here. They are as interesting to read as the posted comments.

I'm still searching for a good one to use.

A signature usually represents how people feel about themselves, or about a matter at hand, and is usually unique from the person writing it.

My advice would be just be yourself and let your signature speak for itself.

Mine all came from discussions we've here on LP.

Since lotto is really an "all or nothing" endeavor (secondary prizes are chump change for the most part, except for 5 + 1 games, but they're still no jackpot) I have the one about "It's Lotto, close doesn't count".

I use the phrase from Catch 22 by Milo Mindebinder becuase of a discussion we had about predicting more Pick 3 numbers than a Pick 3 hit paid and calling it a "win".

The last one is from numerous discussions about remaining anonymous or not, and the horror stories from some of those who haven't, as soon on Curse of the Lottery and The Lottery Changed My Life.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember where I saw my signature on the net. So it's not mine, but I liked it, so I used it.

i chose mine because when i'm on and posting,i am usually hitting...been off because of my cross country move,luckly i found my notebook so i can deploy my full system again...last part is steelers ralling cry...

I chose mine because I thought the AT&T commericial was funny I thought they were making the drink up..a cherry lime rickey..it sounds funny..let alone the concept of a drink mealed with a hard boiled egg...come to find out it was indeed a real drink a loong time ago

I was looking for something funny. When i found my signature LP was a good place for it since it deal's with numbers

I choose my signature because it just seemed ideal when it comes to gambling

And it is also appropriate for daily use in other aspects of our lives

OK what's the deal with Big John first he's not me he's a friend of the family whom happens to have associated with many bookies throughout his lifetime. He also runs a lottery machine as a side job a few days a week. People come in with a winning lottery ticket and say John I hit the number and he yells out you didn't hit the number the number hit you.

One day i hit the number and came in while he was working i said look John I hit the number and he exclaims You don't hit the number. The number hits you!!!!

Me being boisterous myself said man what are you talking about he said the bookies loves guys and gals like you they always think they hit the number and never the number hit them, thats why they like yous, your so gullible. The bookies and the lottery loves people you think they can defeat the odds thats how they make so much money.

So it's actually his signature i pay homage too. Because now i know what he means.

Big John says. You don't hit the number. The number hits you!!!!
