Welcome: "Liber8tor"
I call this "System": "NO MOVERS" it may help you in Florida. I notice it in Ohio Rolling Cash 5.
1. Make a chart of the numbers that hit in "descending order" based on the number of "times they hit".
2. Pick your numbers by not picking any previously drawn numbers. Yes that happens but not all the time.
3. Pick your numbers by picking a number that will not move "up" on your "descending order" chart.
At times, there will be many. But you can eliminate certain numbers this way.
4. If the system starts to work go with it. Many times the correct numbers are the "NO MOVERS".
5. Many numbers that do not move are also 1 up or 1 down from a previous hit number.
I hope this brief explaination of my "No Movers System" can help you out.
At times you will find that one number that will move and one number that will not move only to find that both move together.
After you decide on what numbers to play from this, enter them in your wheeling program and test the results.
I have found that you do not want combinations where the "1st" four have already hit in order.
Here is a chart from Thursdays Ohio Rolling Cash 5 on my website and what happened.

Drawing Number 1763 |
Last Updated 12-17-2009 |
Okay: Here is the summary of what happened and will happen by playing this system at times. The numbers drawn were: "1-24-28-29-31"
Before this "12-17-09" there were 25 numbers that would not move "up based on hits" on the chart.
But the, "18, 8, and 25" hit the previous night. So they would be eliminated. So now you were down to 22 numbers to play with.
Four of the numbers did not move. It does seem like all of them did but the "1" moved above the "8". The eight was a no mover before the drawing.
Now going from 1 up or down from a previous drawing, there was the "24" which hit below the "18" from the previous and the "28" which hit above the "25" in the previous draw. So the "24 and 28" could have been used as "key" numbers in your wheel. The "1" moved above the "8" as well from the previous draw. But before this drawing the "1" would have moved up!
So, give this system a try and observe some of the upcoming results in your pick 5 lottery.
If someone can come up with a "No Mover and a not the first 4 numbers in order hit wheeling system" That would be just great!
Until then try this?
I hope this is something new for everyone to look at and I hope it works for some of us soon at the "Lottery Post".
