Hi Lex113 It's Mr. Lotto and his article is usually on a Wednesday in the NY Daily News. He puts out helpful stats and info, doesn't predict numbers or anything like that. Good Luck. Thank you I will look out for it tomorrow. I think I looked through last week Wednesday's and did not see anything. I will take my time looking.
