California Super Lotto Plus is getting lousier than ever! It will take months to reach 20~30 million dollars. And the bad thing is that it will get whole lot worse when (not if) California starts selling Powerball tickets.

If the idea is to have more large jackpots to attract more players then it's all good.  Players who prefer to play for a smaller jackpot with better odds will still support the game.

The California Lottery website has been running surveys for almost the two months. The jest of the surveys is for a Super Lotto replacement. I think the lottery officials have determined that they can't compete with Mega Millions. So any new replacement game would be with lower jackpot amounts.

You might want to take the survey to get a feel of what they are considering.

There's been a lot of JP winners in the past 2-3 weeks. It's crazy!

             Yeah, I know. It's crazy.

Anyway, I will check with the calottery.com. Frankly I need to win to buy a house, set up a nest egg and do something creative without worrying about a day job. Maybe I will take classes for art, theater and writing. The only reason I want to win a bigger jackpot is to share it with my family members. Wink
