Part 2

Now these numbers have not hit yet

022 132 176 198 209 286 297 319 341 396 407 473 484 550 594 605 616 748 847 858 869 880 935 946 968

Part 3

Now each of these numbers should not hit more than 2 times for the month (actually much less than 2). Howevere some have hit 5, 4, 3 times.

Yesterday alone (Feb 24)three (3) new numbers hit--ie hits for the first time for the month---121, 660, 957

Yesterday four (4) numbers repeated (ie they have already hit for the month):

165 (second time)--10 days ago and yesterday

385 (third time)-- ten days ago, 8 days ago and yesterday

737 (second time)--11 days ago, yesterday

836 (fourth time)--14 days ago, 15 days, 21 days, yesterday

Conclusions

1.Numbers that hit for the first time between now and Feb 28 will repeat before the end of the month (The lottery catch up effect)

2. From the undrawn numbers expect approx 3 hits every day ...
