I bought $5 powerball quick picks with the number 59 repeated 4 times on the ticket.Played $1 take 5 quick pick with 4 numbers from the previous drawing.How in hell do quick picks win 70% of the time?

The Maryland Nov.10 eve pick 3 # was 187. The Nov.11 mid # was 871. I had the midday. Sometimes it doesn't make sense, but it works out anyway. I guess that's the random part of the lottery. Hopefully it will work out for you too. Good luck!!!

List Pick 3 singles by low sums, high sums. Separate each sum row by consecutive pair and non consecutive pair combos. These 3 pair groups. 14 17 47, 25 28 58, 36 39 69 are in 63 combos. 54 combos do not have them. Which sums do the 3 pair groups appear and not appear? Look at root sum groups 147, 258, 369. Play accordingly.

Don't play QP's if you feel cheated just pick your own numbers and one QP and if you really feel cheated don't play...Course if one hits you can brag all the way to the bank....

On the last powerball drawing I had 5 lines that were a QP. It gave me the number 32 three times on the ticket. I was rooting for the 32 to come in because two of them were powerball numbers. But I think it does suck when you get multiple numbers of one kind. Just got to say better luck next time.-weshar75

The PB website says something like "70% of sales, 70% of winners, but maybe that's just coinicdence."

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

So you'd rather lose with all different numbers instead of losing with a repeated number? It's not like you had winning lines except for the 59, right? If the 59 was drawn, it could have made the difference. I wish you good luck.

Maybe Todd could devise a search engine to see how many quick picks have won in various lotteries.

I won twice on a $5.00 PowerBall quickpick ( 160.00) and there were obviously double numbers on those two lines, so I was happpy. I wonder if I would had had that and won the jackpot, if I would had won twice too???

And you know you must talk to the machine, I do that, I tell that machine that I love it, it is my favorite machine, yes I flirt with it, but it's okay since it is not married. I sometimes rub it too, just a few little sweet finger rubs up and down it's back, slow rubs all the while telling it it is such a strong manly back, that I never felt such a big strong back on any other machine. And I give out a few cute giggles. And yes, I have felt dirty and ashamed, but ahh who doesn't when playing the lottery? And I do win, so that's all that matters. I am expecting that machine anyday now to shoot out, yessssss, the big winner for me, ahhhhhhhhh I can't wait.

And see men can do that too, find a girl machine, they often wear pink and when they belt out "Im in the money" tune it is more higher pitched, but see you can just offer to slip your long ticket slowly and nicely into the machine's little slot and as the lottery slogan goes "You gotta be in it to win it", right? So get in it already!

ive had a few lines quick pick and 3 of the 5 numbers for 1st barrel where a repeat!

i didnt get a replacement ticket on the grounds maybe those 3 numbers are supposed to come up.

as it was i got the usual, zilch
