    How was it, LANTERN?

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

    Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

I didn't see it but... Lurking

      Hoodlum(1997) R

In1930 New York, black gangs battle the Italian mob for control of theHarlem numbers racket in this gangland epic based on actual events. Laurence Fishburne portrays Harlem boss Ellsworth "Bumpy" Johnson (the same character he played in The Cotton Club 13 years earlier); Tim Roth is Dutch Schultz; and Andy Garcia is Lucky Luciano. Although set in New York, Hoodlum was filmed inChicago because its buildings resemble those from 1930s Harlem.

You can get it on Netflix

I saw it "live". Not the 1930s, but I grew up in North Jersey, across from Staten Island.

          Hi!

It was about money and power and it was too violent, I didn't like it.
