I've been looking at Libra Dave's method of "Dueness Index" for the Pennsylvania Pick 3 evening only draws.

To calculate the Duesness:

1.  Calculate the Total Number of Hits in your states Pick 3 game.  I'm testing this using all 11,000 plus Pennsylvania Pick 3 Evening Draws

For example, the combination 000 has hit 13 times in 11,461 draws.  So the average is 881.62

2.  Next, I calculate the current skip since the combinations hit.  In the example 000 the current skip is currently at 72.  Which hit on Feb 13, 2010.

3.  To calculate the "Dueness Index" take the "Current Skip" 72 and divide it by the "Average" of 881.62 which gives you a "Dueness Index" of 0.082

==========================================================================================================

I've been back-testing the "Dueness Index" for the last 12 weeks.  Each week runs from Monday through Sunday.  Almost every week a combination with a "Dueness Index" of 1.00XXX to 1.09XXX has hit.

Last week (week 12) 468 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.07582

Week 11 - 856 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.02427

               - 680 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.06513

Week 10 - 916 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.02367

Week 9   - 865 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.05093

               - 958 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.00507

Week 8   - 544 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.06770

Weeks 4, 5, 6 and 7 - No Hits

Week 3 - 552 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.04027

                465 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.06692

Week 2 - 345 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.08788

Week 1 - 418 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.05163

               523 hit with a "Dueness Index" of 1.07714

=============================================================

12 Hits in 12 weeks.  Some weeks had 2 hits.  Weeks 4, 5, 6, and 7 had no hits.

I figured that you would need to play a large number of combinations but for this week the total number of combinations with a "Dueness Index" between 1.00XXX and 1.09XXX totals 38 combinations.

These are 38 Straight plays not Boxed Plays.  So 38 combinations out of 1000 total combinations.

Here is the list for this week: Monday, April 26, 2010 through Sunday, May 2, 2010

Let's see if the streak continues.  Currently 5 weeks in a row with at least 1 combination with a "Dueness Index" between 1.00XXX and 1.09XXX

7 Days playing 38 combinations per day @ .50 per ticket = $133.00 Total Week - Possible win = $250.00 = $117.00 Profit

7 Days playing 38 combinations per day @ $1.00 per ticket = $266.00 Total Week - Possible win = $500.00 = $234.00 Profit

Testing this out.

      Here is the Excel file (Zip file) that calculates the Pennsylvania Pick 3 evening draws.

      http://www.box.net/shared/xtrz2o267a

      If you wish to calculate your own state you will need to replace all the drawings in the Tab labeled "Draws" with your states draw history.  Make sure you delete all 11,000 plus of the existing draws.

      You will also need to back test your states "Dueness Indexes".

      May take half hour to an hour to back test.  Let me know if you need instructions.

            CJR,

            I was just using the evening draws and testing this method before using real dough.

            These were the evening picks for the next 6 days. Last night was the 1st night.

                Here is an additional Excel file (zip) download:

                http://www.box.net/shared/66qm5s6tfu

                I posted on the Pick 3 thread predictions for April 19 through April 25.  I used this Excel file to arrive at the combinations.

                This Excel file tracks "VTRAC" Dueness Index"

                The image above is taken from the Tab labled "Sorted Dueness VTRACs". The VTRAC combination 235 (Column O) hit Monday evening Pennsylvania Pick 3 624.  I column J & K in the image above you  see the 325 having a skip of 606 and the 235 in column K with a current skip of 1 because it hit last night.

                VTRAC = Digits 1 & 2

                1        =   0 & 5

                2        = 1 & 6

                3       = 2 & 7

                4       = 3 & 8

                5       = 4 & 9

                The next selection I would make is to play either the "Boxed" VTRAC 135 (column O) and then look at columns J & K for the VTRAC 153 and 531 (can't see in the image above)

                This would give you the digit combinations for VTRAC 153 and 531:  Play these 16 combinations "Straight" or play either of the 8 combinations "Boxed".

                VTRAC 153 Digit Combinations

                042,047,092,097,542,547,592,597

                VTRAC 531 Digit Combinations

                420,425,470,475,920,925,970,975

                    http://www.box.net/shared/2z9290tiyg

                    Cuurent play for May 3 through May 9 2010:

                    Same combinations from the first post with the exception of the combination 038.  038 was dropped from the "Dueness Index" range 1.00000 through 1.09999

                    Test this for this week.

                        2        = 1 & 6

                        3       = 2 & 7

                        4       = 3 & 8

                        5       = 4 & 9

                        The next selection I would make is to play either the "Boxed" VTRAC 135 (column O) and then look at columns J & K for the VTRAC 153 and 531 (can't see in the image above)

                        This would give you the digit combinations for VTRAC 153 and 531:  Play these 16 combinations "Straight" or play either of the 8 combinations "Boxed".

                        VTRAC 153 Digit Combinations

                        042,047,092,097,542,547,592,597

                        VTRAC 531 Digit Combinations

                        420,425,470,475,920,925,970,975

                        I missed this one but your system worked again 5/3 754

                            Hi winsum:

                            Your system seems very similar to the Alert System , which is one of the features of the lotSoft program.

                            Are you familiar with this?

                            Best regards,
