  I wonder: Why does Georgia do the Cash 3 night draw at 6:59 PM and the Cash 4 night draw at 11:00 PM? I find it quite confusing and think that the Cash 3 and Cash 4 drawings should take place at the same time. I don't know of any other state that splits Cash 3 and Cash 4 drawings like this.
