For pick 5, particularly in TN is the jackpot split evenly when more than 1 winning ticket is drawn?

For instance, the jp is 200 k right now. If 5-10-15-20-25 is drawn tonight and my brother and I each have a winning ticket does he get 200k and I get 200k? Or is it 100k a piece?

That's probably explained in the rules posted at their website.

Still cannot find anything about this on Tn's website, but I did find an article from NE where 2 guys split a jp. I am sure it is the same way here.

I was trying to figure out if it was worth it to buy multiple tickets of the same number. Sounds like it isnt.

          From their site......

All PICK 5 prize payouts are pari-mutuel.

How does it work with pick 5 games in other states?

Ohio has tried it both ways.  The old Buckeye5(5/37) paid $100K for every winning ticket up to $1M.  If there were more than 10 winners then $1M was divided equally among all the winners.

Now with Rolling Cash5(5/39) the jackpot starts at $100K and rolls every time there's no winners and the jackpot amount is divided equally among all the winners when there are more than one winner.
