Enough to feed every crook out there for centuries...To all Geniuses & Powers Countries of the World the Planet needs breakthroughs in all Medicine, Veterinary, Biology related fields, Psychology, Population Psychology/Sociology..They need to genetically ingeneer new plants species/types to give more variety of plants and thus have more resources for combating diseases¨

Why would any state lottery want to add another pick-3 and/or pick-4 game when they already have one?

It wouldn't make any sense to add a National pick-3 if it paid less and if it paid more, who would play the existing game?

With the exception of states with pari-mutual payoffs, pick-3 and pick-4 games have set payoffs. Each PB and MM state is responsible for paying all the non-jackpot tickets; only the jackpot is pooled by participating state lotteries. So basically you're proposing games with a set payoff that would have no benefits to the state lotteries and no benefit to the players if the payoffs were smaller.
