Approximately 20 months of frequency analysis on the Evening Pick-3.
I hand picked the most frequent hits in the second and third positions within the numbers 0-9. The higher the combo on the list (From left to right), the better chance of hitting. In cases where there was a tie, I chose the number that was overdue.
I chose the best 9 combos.....Starting from left is the best possible combos, and the farther to the right is the least favorites.
I want to point out that certain groups below had much better frequencies than others, and should be played more often. There were a couple of groups that had nothing that stuck out, meaning one number was not prominent over the others, but a couple had a very high hit count .
The following is what I found out:
For the combo that starts with a "0", the number 1 in the second position had the highest count with 11 hits, while the rest (0-9) had no more than 6 hits.
For the combo that starts with a "5", this one was the most impressive of them all. The number 6 in the 3rd position had 15 hits as opposed to only no more than 5 hits for the rest of the numbers.
For the combo that starts with a "9", this was also impressive, but not as the one before this. The number 0 had a whopping 14 hits. The second two highest were only 8 hits each.

My personal goal is to use the 8 combo list and only play the first number on that list heavily until it hits. Maybe 5 bucks a day on the evening draw. Remember, this is only for evening straight only. I'm using the 8 because it's the most overdue number.
Then once it hits, I can use the lottery win money to play he next combo I see fit at that time, and play it even harder, and so on and so on.
Good luck !
