Everyone, don't forget we have a new game as of today...GEoooooRGIAFIVE.

An all Quint, all series, false quint alert has been issued for the GEoooooRGIAFIVE!!!!!

Let's make some money!!!!!

Fyi...

Quints are 00000, 11111, 22222, 33333, 44444, 55555, 66666, 77777, 88888, 99999 etc...

Series...12345 etc

False quint...44994, 49444 etc...Marge is full of tricks so I'm sure we will be having an early Halloween.

Georgia's first draw was:

58974...payout $17,939...The clincher...Zero Winners!!!! WTH???

I repeat zero winners...Unbelievable!!!!!!!

Get the front door out of here...Today is August 1st, but it's Halloween in Georgia.

Obviously, some game restructuring is necessary.

GA Lottery, if you are reading this thread, add a box hit win option for x amounts of dollars for all five numbers regardless of order, similiar to Cash4 or you can kiss this baby good bye.

Other LP members, please give your feedback as well.  Otherwise, Ga Lottery will never know our concerns or issues with this new game.

How can you have a payout of $17,939 but no winners??  Maybe they didn't update their website yet.  This game does not appeal to me the least bit.  I got a QP to see how it went. The drawback is that you have to get all numbers in the exact number as drawn. I agree with you HittingInTheATL they need to implement/add a box feature so that you can get something out of the deal no matter what order the numbers come. Not so sure if the will have a long shelf life.. We shall see.

        The game is a ripoff.

100,000:1 pays $10,000    that is a 10:1 odds to payoff ratio when cash 4 is 2:1 and cash 3 is 2:1

The first 4 or last 4 only pay $225, that is $5000 in cash 4.

The first 3 or last 3 numbers only pay $20.  That would pay $500 in cash 3.

Stargirl, you are probably correct in assuming that the GA Lottery has not yet had a chance to update their website.

Regardless though, the amount of winners are still few at best.

Often times, QPs are a good tool to use as a reference of numbers to come.

Should you decide to experiment with this new endeavor, it may not be a bad idea to play back your QP.

I myself, may just keep things simple and ride out 12345*.

Who knows, the GA Lottery may just have to bend a little in order to entice more people to play this one, or shelf life may short in deed.

The picks will probably get better as well.  Today's number should have been 45678.

Not that I had the number, but I missed the evening Georgia Five draw.

It would help from a marketing perspective if GA Lottery would announce or print the draw times.

It will also be interesting to see if something jumps out from the G5 into the Cash3/Cash4 or vice versa this week.

            I'll be watching closely.

There were winners for midday and evening.  I'm guessing they post the amount of winners well after the draw....

I could not have said it better myself. The payouts for this game are completely disgusting. The Georgia Lottery should be ashamed of itself for having the payouts that it has for this game. Having said that, here's how I would have done things:

                    - Straight match for all 5 digits: $50,000 (with the minimum prize for Fantasy 5 moved up to $100,000)

                    - Box match for all 5 digits: half of the odds. Same with first / last three and first / last four.

Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!

After reading this I played one Cash 5 for georgia just to see how it worked and I had the last 3 numbers. (35161) Got $20. This was my one and only time playing this game. I was shocked that I won. They need a 50 cent box on this game. Good luck to all that play this game.
