  A poster in the Florida P-3 prediction forum was writing opinions on the subject regarding how folks on the LP should pick their numbers. YUP..."Should pick their numbers."..... Out of respect to Todd's rules, the thread in the P-3 Florida prediction is reserved soley for predictions. I thought I'd carry it over to the discussion forum. Victory1970 expressed his/her opinion on the subject, and it was tmead's suggestion to have the debate continued in the correct forum.

  The following is where they left off. I will also chime in.

  2,591 winners statewide from this afternoon's draw. You don't see those people whining, do you? One thing for sure, they definitely aren't looking at our picks, are they? To suggest that the lottery is fixed is sour grapes. Did you forget that LOTTERY IS A GAME OF CHANCE? Georgia had same exact numbers from the midday and eve draw a few days ago, I supposed they are fixed by your imagination.

  Your system? Please, if lottery is that easy, State of Florida would be bankrupt, would they not?

  Same numbers can appear and repear in a week just as a number can go in hibernation for many, many draws.  

  Some of you folks play about 10-20 numbers a day but refused to even buy a set of numbers from the previous draw thinking your own 'system' will win you cash. 'Systems' such as predicting 'key numbers', your kids bday, playing your anniversary dates, etc...

  I am sorry, this is lottery, THERE ARE NO SYSTEMS. If its easy, all of us would not have to work and just survive on buying Cash 3 and Play 4's

  Next time, instead of thinking a system, why not just but a couple of numbers from the previous draw, or better yet, develop a keen eye.

  As a person who produced over 50+ str8/boxed and over 100 predictions only short of one digit from April - Present (since I really started focusing on the game) across multiple states, I can tell you that the lottery can be handled fairly well with a decent system. I had a 60-pick algorithm that produced 60 picks and it always produced a winner in the immediate upcoming draw. Eventually, my strategy went a different way and I'm now improvising a new system that will produce ONE pick, that is what I am currently focusing on. One quality hit per term is better than smaller wins separated over time. Many of my projects are retired and if/when I find the time I will be posting them. I have created over 50 different projects and what I lack is a central base of operation. I regret not documenting my journey because it could have helped a lot of people, but there is still time for that.
  
  In summation, I want to assure you that you CAN create a system to get consistent wins. The ONLY thing that can stop you you is pre-test and tube rotation. I wish people would stop short-cutting themselves and explaining why they THINK its impossible to create a winning system. The fact that the lottery commissions conduct pre-tests means even they lack unfettered confidence in their machinery, because at the end of the day, it is still human-made MACHINERY.

  Victory has a right to his/her opinion. The varied opinions are actually welcomed on a site like this. It makes the whole LP experience vibrant and colorful. ....Having said that, I feel that the opinion expressed by Victory must be addressed accordingly. 

  I will respond to Victory soon. I'm watching Hell's Kitchen season finale right now, so hold on please...lol

  How do you know they aren't whining? How do you know whether they're win tonight was overdue and their patience was running thin?

  It's not a matter of whether they are fixed. I think the word fixed is not correct. It's a matter of interference in hopes from the officials to throw off the game's natural flow of numbers.

  It's a science. There will always be improvements based on new knowledge. In fact, I just bought a system for 50 bucks that has to be the top 3 best systems I've bought since 1988. My backtest in Florida was very promising, and plan on utilizing it to it's fullest in about a month and a half. It requires a 300 dollar bankroll at least.

  You're right, it's not easy, and not everyone will be successful. Persons such as yourself will never make a living off the p-3. There are folks making a living off the p-3 and p-4, but not because they listened to the likes of you.

  I plan on making a living on the P-3 in the very near future. Maybe when I publish my winnings here on the LP, you'll change your mind.

  joker17, in the past we've had our spats and differences but, I hope you're serious about this statement because it's very true and I agree with you 110%!! With the correct method(s) and a reasonable money reserve, one can get ahead very quickly. I'd like to emphasize and reiterate on that part about a "reserve" because it's very important. A player needs to have this in order to possess a few "consecutive" chances at a particular win.

  See, true gambling must begin with a reasonable bankroll just to get started and the first win must take place before the reserve runs out. When it does, it automatically puts the player ahead by recovering what's been spent while adding a HUGE profit via payout, and, providing "X" amount of "additional" chances to produce that same hit again within so many plays.

  This is the beauty of a dedicated approach and patience...the player can increase the odds of winning and making more money simultaneously. When a player get's really serious about gambling, they speak as you've spoken in terms of a bankroll to begin it all. That's how I started and I don't regret it at all. If a person is playing just for kicks, then consistency isn't a factor and they're only looking for that once in while hit. The problem with this is that between those big hits are many moons and by the time they can get another one like it, no real profit is realized because they're only recovering losses only.

  This game is truly an art and not for the faint at heart. Most people do play just for fun, joker. I play seriously which is why I use terms like "investment" and "profit". It's a business for the government so why can't we make it a business for us? They make money and so can we...but we have to be smart about it with a plan and dedication. It can be done and I know this first hand.

  I like the words that you are using Lucky Loser, I can feel the power, your zest! LOL One must surround one's self with people who have a positive attitude about life in general. Yes, we are all going to go through ups & downs. & some of the downs are going to seem as if there is no end in sight.

  But then...an escape hatch is found & after it is found, a viable plan & strategy is put into place. Then all one has to do is continue moving forward. There are times when we all have said, "I was so sure that # was coming today". However bounce back with, "I'm still in the game."

  Laverne, I really like the part about MAIN & SUB-SYSTEMS here. For me, the MAIN system produces the absolute best hit for a given set of parameters and yields the best profit from it. The SUB-SYSTEM is my back up in case I just can't find what I need and still allows me to at least get something out of a reasonable.

  Hey, I don't turn down any money when I see it. This game is a lot like Football in that most plays are just "basic" due to the general set up of it while other plays need to be custom tailored to accommodate the circumstances at hand. With this in mind, I just can't understand why some feel that systems don't exist, and, cannot be applied to this game.

  Look at weather systems...for given conditions, they produce the same things over and over again. Rain, snow, sleet, tornadoes, and hurricanes are all products of the same consistent "ingredients". Pick 3 is no different...include enough of the right things and the right things will be produced. I could go on but, you get the point!! Keep your head up an STAY IN THE GAME!!
