-

You said,
"On Pick3, 1 number will repeat from the previous 3 numbers all the time...."
Am I correct in assuming that what this means, more precisely, is that "At least one of the 3 digits will match one of the immediately previous 9 digits drawn?" If not, just what do you mean?
Also, is your rationale for mixing Midday and Evening Draws based on an assumption that the same ball and machine sets are mixed and matched in both draws OR that the same RNG (If used) is sequenced in tandem for both games?
You might also want to take note that the middle of the range [0...9] is actually 4.5, not 5. This may effect the reliability of some of your calculations using the subrange [3...8].
The PA Daily Number Game premiered on March 1, 1977.
The first 4 days' results are noteworthy, given your prediction [which I may not understand].

What if instead of looking at the numbers going from: 1-10 [0-9] look at the numbers hovering close to the middle line...5 is the middle line...so the numbers close to 5 will be: 3-8....Example;
Here is New Jersey Pick3...Highlighted in color orange are the combinations where 1 number repeated from the previous drawings and the, 2 numbers that didnt repeat with a range from 3-8....Plus the Even/Odd plus the, HOT & COLD....

Thanks a lot jimmy4164...

Jimmy4164 or anyone,
if you find a system to crack pick3 dont post it here, keep it to yourself...Because it will mean: GAME OVER and if there is game over there is no money or no game or they change the game and yyou dont want that...
guys the reason why i do these stuff in LP is because i´ve always known that the state lottery is more lenient...Had we been talking about casinos you will not have said anything...
post system that are good or superb but dont post system that people or the government says: take that off of there...
And noticed something, if they change the game or quit it because of your fault because of your take that out of there by the government system, if they if they change the game or quit it all the years you spend on: LP all the, 5, 10, 20, 25 years you will had spend on Lp will had been for nothing you just wasted your time time you could had used to become a bodybuilder, lose 150 pounds, or learn a new language or learn the encyclpedia of Medical Pediatrics.....
that´s why i am sort of trying to quit LP...i´ll still come to LP twice a week...

plus like how i said before, a good chunk (most of them) of the systems i thought about on this site i thought about them while writing on this site or by hearing what people say, listening why my ears PERKED not by calculating anything on no computer or calculator...

pumpi76,
You have no need to worry about me publishing a system here that the lotteries would ban.
Your ideas of exercising and learning a new language sound like good ones.
Another one is to learn all about Solar Power. If you know any roofers, talk to them about
adding the installation of solar panels to their resumes, and work out some way to partner with
them if you can. This business is going to skyrocket over the next decade, especially if the
government starts subsidizing homeowner panel installation the way Germany does.
You have to lead your life assuming you will never Hit the Jackpot, because that is the most
likely way it's going to be.

Don't waste your time with this guy, he is making fun of you. I give him one thing he has worked
out a very good system of proving everyone else wrong. First he uses us JR-High math skills and
a few articles from the net that all agree with his way of thinking.
First he uses simple probability to give the odds for any one game which when compared to any
lottery history will prove very close to the expected norm. This is something that could be
calculated without a single drawing ever having been drawn. If a few more than normal hits are
found for one method vs another it will fall within the standard deviation which is another thing
that could be calculated before the first drawing. Next if someone has a greater then expected
number of wins then he brings out the "fooled by randomness" that would explain your greater then
average hits to just another function of randomness. If you try and say that you can improve your
play by finding a bias of some sort then he lays down the "Gamblers Fallacy" which says that the
next set drawn is in no way connected to what has been drawn in the past. Then if you are still
not convinced then go back to his simple math skills and start over. True, there is no one pattern or
method that will produce every time but his methods cannot be used to evaluate a day to day systemor most other systems for that matter as they contain the human element ie, "human capability."
If you apply these tactics to a proven system of play then even the proven system will also be covered
up by the expected standard deviation which proves nothing.
If one truly wanted to prove a system to the point that everyone would be convinced, would take years
of trial and many thousands if not millions of dollars. Look at how long it took to determine the
maximum number of moves needed to solve a rubix cube. It has 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 combin-ations that can be solved in 20 or less moves. I think he is pompous, arrogant and does not
understand even what he claims to know so well, If he did than he would not be posting in the manner
he has. It's not that the math is incorrect but the one size fits all method is.

(RL) "This is something that could be calculated without a single drawing ever having been drawn."
This is precisely my point!
(RL) "If you try and say that you can improve your play by finding a bias of some sort then he lays down the 'Gamblers Fallacy' which says that the next set drawn is in no way connected to what has been drawn in the past."
And what, precisely, is this BIAS that confirms the Gambler's Fallacy for you?
(RL) "If you apply these tactics to a proven system of play..."
I'm not from Missouri, but I'm a "Show Me" kind of person. Please SHOW ME a PROVEN SYSTEM! And by PROVEN system, I mean one that realizes a NET PROFIT over at least 1 year, not a system that merely produces more 2,3, and 4 digit pattern matches in typical Pick-5 and Pick-6 Lotteries.
(The "Human Element" - give me a break! I should have expected this COPOUT!)
Why are you so desperate to prove ME wrong?
I bet there are a lot of fence sitters here who would LOVE to know the answer to THAT question.
PUMPI76:
When I supported your ideas of exercising, learning a language, and advised you to learn about Solar Power, I was NOT poking fun at you. I was giving you good, honest advice.

The very important question I asked above:

...appears to be answered right here!
