I've heard its a good system but its complex to decide which part of the system to use.  Uses base numbers to select 8 picks to box or play straight.

And what system might that be?  You have to give us more clues than that (without giving the system author a free ad, no link) who's sytem, what's it called so anyone interested can google it.  Post might do better in the Systems Forum or Pick-3 Forum.

If on the odd chance you are asking about the 2in8 system, it has a certain degree of efficacy when built around a "hot" number from the game and a set is used with at least one all high digit number.   For those who must make a Straight/box play the position of the digits within the numbers can be adjusted to suit, doesn't matter for box.   The system is based on a (10,3,2,3)=8 wheel so at least one number will always have two of the three digits, leaving 8 to take the place of the third digit thus the odds of winning become 1in8 when all different digits are drawn, that's better then 1in15 for playing 8 random numbers out of 120 all different boxed.  If you have CoverMaster you can build the (10,3,2,3)=8 wheel around the hot number yourself.

This is another Robert Walsh question that has already been discussed.  Do a search for "Robert Walsh" or the name of the book.

The reason Robert said good luck was because that's what you'll need when you waste your money buying his crap. He presents you with 10 different methods and no one has any clue when to play a given method. It's an expensive crap shoot...lol

His proof demonstrates past profits on paper, but leaves out why that method was chosen.

Luck does play a part in every system, but it's not 100%. If the Human brain can build a ship to orbit Earth, I believe certain, well thought out lottery systems players........who like to analyze things, can influence the optimization process during the prediction or selection process.

The word "Luck" is only a vague explanation of something that's not understood well enough.

I don't know who Robert Perkis is.   If you do a Search in the LP Database, Search for "Robert Walsh" or the name of his book.

joker tiggs likes you and your post but there is no way on earth anyone can figure how to make a certain number pop up in a machine like they use in the lottery with ping pong balls..no way..If they ever did,and they never will, the lottery would not exist..Anyone who buys these so called systems are just suckers..There like anyone who buys a ticket sometimes they hit and win sometimes they don't..Lottery is like Vegas you can win two ways..Luck or cheat and if you cheat you will get caught and lose more then if you lose being honest..So like tiggs always says "Good Luck"..tiggs hopes everyone get's lucky in their lifetime..\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$
