so my state is thinking of running online lotto entries

Hi, I do online surveys and got one about our state lotto. there where canvassing peoples opinion on various things, but 1 was do i like idea of online ticket purchases. of course i said yes. as long as it involves not having to fill out coupons. but im willing to bet they mess that up totally.

by the way its here in south australia. other states already have the feature but not us yet. fingers crossed.

2014 = -1016; 2015= -1409; 2016 JAN = -106; FEB= -81; MAR= -131; APR= - 87: MAY= -91; JUN= -39; JUL=-134; AUG= -124; SEP = -123; OCT= -84  NOV=- 73 TOT= -3498

keno historic = -2291 ; 2015= -603; 2016= JAN=-32, FEB= +12 , MAR= -86, APR = -77. MAY= -48, JUN= -29, JUL=-71; AUG = -52; SEPT= -43; OCT = +56 NOV = -33 TOT= -3297

    Wouldn't it be wonderful if they have the courage to allow world wide play.   The only problem I see is allowing people to gamble on credit (cards), too easy to spend it all.   Debit card would be ok.  BobP

      they wont even let people from other states play. here in oz there are several lotto groups, some ran by state gov. some by private company.

      they are only meant to allow the people in their  territory buy online. i think its a " gentlemans agreement " not to move in on ea others rackets, kinda like the mafia do things. I imagine a world wide agreement not to move in on each others racket is also in place.

       vic,nt, tas , act

       

      in different territories,  covered by gov licences.  non from one can play online in the other.

      just checked out how things stand,  tattersalls here allow many foreign purchases, except the USA. so bad luck there.

      ill post a link later  if im allowed.

        I would say that would be a boon for shut-ins...if they have a computer.
