OK, I'll jump in on this one. I used to play NY P3, P4 and Take Five. Moved away years ago, but still look at the results. I don't know what "chart" you are referring to, but if, by chart, you just mean the past results, then I would keep my eve on numbers that repeat from draw to draw (I keep evening draws separated from midday) I noticed that the 6, 7, 8 and 9 like to repeat draw to draw. The other digits repeat also but the digits over 5 seem to me to do it more. When a 6, 7, 8 or 9 pops put it with your favorite pair(s) and see what happens. You do track pairs in NY P3 right? If you don't you better start. Good luck to you.
