I just entered the last 13 draws of the North Carolina evening p3 in the LL +70,71,72 section of the LL Programs tab and here are the results of hits and the pairs it likes. There is a down arrow that changes the +70 from + 00 01 02 all the way to +90,91,92. Notice the pairs it likes for the next draws. No where does this mention using 96 sets of numbers. A player on a budget could use 90, 91 or 91 pairs or the ones below 14, 15, 16 to make picks. Easy! possible picks 149 159 901 911 145 156 etc. Simple and cheap. The red and blue show the past hits with this system.
