Every year that Pick-3 has existed (except 1982, when New York was the only state with Sunday drawings), 104 has come up on Sunday, November 21.

Sunday, November 21, 1993 - Minnesota - 104

Sunday, November 21, 1999 - California - 104

Sunday, November 21, 2004 - New York midday - 104

104 has also won on November 21 three other times when the date was not a Sunday.

Wednesday, November 21, 1984 - New York - 104

Tuesday, November 21, 2000 - Kentucky - 104

Saturday, November 21, 2009 - Tennessee midday - 104

I am not sure where 104 will fall if it does fall today. I think it could fall anywhere, but my top picks are California (again), D.C. and North Carolina, and possibly Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New York (again), or Vermont.

Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!

    I"m playing, 428 today, combo.

It dropped last year, midday on November 21, 2009 as 824, I might just flip it and play straight, all the way.

I like 104, Missouri likes to drop it, when they don't want to pay out money, in the pick 3 and pickk 4.

    Good Luck.

    The Struggle is real!

No wonder 0104 won so many times in Missouri in 2004-2005!

Didn't come up in the Pick-3 this go-around, but it did come up hidden in the Atlantic Tag number up in Canada - 621048. Probably not a playable combination though.

I don't know if I'll recommend 104 again next Sunday, November 21 - which won't be for another 11 years. Plenty of time to decide.

Maybe if New Mexico did Sunday drawings, it would have hit there?

          Sat. 11/20 - 109

          Sun. 11/21 - no draw

          Mon. 11/22 - 102
