I remember Georgia and Michigan used to have these "change games," and I was never sure how they worked. I saw that they drew 3-6 sets of 2 letters and 4 numbers, but I was never sure on how to bet on them. Does anyone know how they worked?
Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.
In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!
