In a 5/39 game there are 19 perimeter numbers, that is on the top and bottom rows of the playslip, and outside columns. 19 is 48.71% of the 39 numbers.

For the last ten draws in Illinois Little Lotto the perimeter numbers have hit about 58% of the time. A few draws ago all five numbers were perimeter numbers. So there is a curent trned where of the 29 available numbers, on these draws 5  different ones on different nights, of a group of 19 of them, 48.71% of the numbers, have been hitting 58% of the time.

The jackpot tonight is $515,000. The game has a tendencty to be hit on a lot of Wednesday and saturday nights, as Thursdays and Sundays it's the highest prize going and very often on those days it's back at the $100,000 start point.

Let's see what happens tonight.

The perimeter numbrs are:

Top row 1  2  3  4  5  6  7

Left column  1 8  15  22  29  36

Right column  7  14  21  28  35

Bottom row   36  37  38  39

(1 and 7 were repeated as they appear in both)

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Here are the last 10 draws:

    Dec 12    6  20  22  24  39

    Dec 13    2  3  19  31  36

    Dec 14   21  24  32  36  37

    Dec 15   7  9  25  32  39

    Dec 16   1  5  22 23  27

    Dec 17   1  2  4  21  28

    Dec 18   6  15  21  25  31

    Dec 19   3  12  17  18  33

    Dec 20   2  3  12  21  28

    Dec 21   14  20  22  23  38

The perimeter numbers are bolded above. Actually that looks like an average of 64% of each drawing!

Of course, this probably means that there is going to be a strak of inside numbers come along to balance things out.
