If I have 2003 and someone posts a document with a 2007 version is there a way I can open it with 2003? How?

If you have access to Excel 2007: You might be able to load the Spreadsheet in Excel 2007 and save it in Excel 2003 format.

M$ has a compatibility pack for that.

In neo-conned Amerika, bank robs you.
Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a govnoment agency.
