Hey lotteryg you should use the sheet that he sent you its so much easier than doing it manually  it creats the RB an GI for you after you enter the past 20 Draws for your state

Everybody is in it to win Try it you wont be sorryDance

i entered the last 20 draws but it did not do the ref box or index box. at least i have the hot cold counter to do most of the work. still don't know what to do after i enter #s

To everyone having problems make sure you are typing and not copy and pasting the numbers. I usually paste the winning numbers from the lottery post website into a column off to the side and then use the number pad to enter then numbers in the proper column. Everything else should be automatic. It helps to format the columns as "text" BEFORE you paste. Also make sure its not in read only mode, that it isn't in protected mode, and that you already have saved it in the latest format. Also don't drag, copy, or paste anything in the draw column. Last but not least the latest version office can always be had at a *cough* discount...

These are the exact steps that I take with office 2010.

                    1. Download the spreadsheet to your hard drive. 2. Click "enable editing" up at the top. 3. File-->Save As-->Type in a new filename of your choosing and click save. 4. Close everything and open the new file you just created.

That should work on office version 2007 and 2010...
