I am deciding between the following

$3 Flamingo Bingo

$3 Treasure Hunter

$3 Match And Win

$2 Monopoly

Or maybe a $5 dollar game ??

I wont get the crossword games because there was just a grandprize winner in my area.

I think I'd stay away from $2 and $3 books and go with the $5 game. Are there 150 tickets in your $2

books? 10 tickets at a shot sometimes produces nothing here - I'd imagine it's the same all over..

You have 15 - 10 ticket shots at getting a decent win....and then, what is a decent win for a $2 ticket?

$50? $10? or is any win good...$2? There will be a lot of blanks ($0.00) and might be runs of 20 after

even a $10 hit, if you get a BAD book. I was talking to a guy tonight who was happy to amass $100 on

our Pot O Luck tickets tonight but he pointed out that he bought them at different stores.

Last time I tried 10 Pot O Junk, I got 2 *devil* symbols in a row...each doubling the cheesy $1.00 under

    it to a whooping $2.00

I really think the best thing to do would be to take that $300 and take it to different stores and buy only

TWO tickets at the most at a shot of one game. I still know that if the winner is there, it will be the first

or at the most, the second one out...that's what I do with the $20 tickets. With the $5's I like to limit it

    to 2 also....the $2 ones, you almost have to buy them at 5 & 10 per shot...and the $1 ones...I almost

    completely avoid.

If you're really set on a book, try the $5 imo, the prizes will be bigger...whether you get any depends on

the book but at least you're taking a shot at a higher prize amount.

Whatever you decide to do, good luck and find that big one!!

The reason I am inclined on the $3 tickets is that I have had $50 , $40 , $10 and $3 wins in a 7 ticket span before. That is 34% of the price of the entire book accounted for from just 7% of tickets.

The $1 is a waste of money and so is 2 probably. And I have heard horror stories on $5 books. You are looking at 10 winners max from the book based on odds alone. Where as from the $3 books you are looking at around 25 winning tickets.

Overall I think the $3 games have the best return procentage out of any book. The bad thing about $5 - $20 books is unless you hit $100 several times or $500 you are screwed. And worst of all I have experienced longer losing streaks on more expensive tickets then the cheaper tickets.

I think the horror stories might be true on some of the $5 books...Like our new Winner Take All...mainly

a rotten ticket I think. I couldn't imagine buying a whole book of them. I did find a $60 winner but the

other tickets I've tried make me think they are as junkie as the Pot O Luck...those are rotten in my

experience. 20x the Money, another $5 ticket here seems to be a teaser...when they first came out I got

        a 5 symbol with a $5 amount below it...total: $25.00 I have found nothing worth talking about lately, $5

        here another $5 there.

If I had to choose a $5 book to buy, it would be either Monopoly or ....... well, just the Monopoly - I think

the other ones are pretty bad. Monopoly has been good at giving moneybags and $75 prizes lately and

that's more than I can say for all of the other $5 tickets.

        I have my favorite $10 and $20 tickets...Cash Fever $20, Money, Money, Money $10.

I think a key point is experience with them...if you know a ticket has been good in the past, let that

help be your deciding factor. I think the states..PA does it...release junk every other month...It's not

only the NEW tickets that do well..you will find some of the older ones giving much more than the newer

        ones.

I think they screw around with the placement of winners - how would we ever know? Put tons of books

out there with $5 winners in the first month...make people buy them up like crazy and have the better

winners strategically placed...like in the middle so by the time July rolls around after the release in

January, people have pumped $$$$ into winning their money back or nothing at all. Then, BAM, BAM,

BAM....all top prizes go out and they close the game....Just wondering what was *strategically placed*

        AFTER the top winners???? BS.

I would NEVER buy a book of Emerald 8's..our NEW $5 ticket...they stink! I DO NOT win on those. I

wouldn't expect to get lucky with a book of them either...JUNK. The new Hershey's tickets, $5, I hated

them the second I saw them and don't touch them.

We've got a handy, dandy little rules page..on that page it says 7 million tickets printed for certain games.

They also have the prizes listed and the odds of finding them along with number of winners printed per

run...sick to see out of 7 million tickets, the actual winners among them and amounts.

For instance, to find a $1,000 ticket...good luck with only 24 printed per 2,800,000 tickets!!

I did find a $1,000 one tonight but sure won't hold my breath for the next one...not with that revelation.

If I'm running strictly on luck...then I hope it holds out, with those stats, it looks a person needs extreme

        luck.

I would go for something that has a better chance for a larger return.  It looks like the odds to win 45K to 60K here are not much different than odds

to win 100K, 200K and 1Million,  I'm seeing 1: 765,000 for 60K on Match and Win.  Treasure Hunter is fun to play but if I had alot of them to do it's very time consuming.  Both Match and Win and Treasure Hunter have 11 of 20 of their top prizes, however Treasure Hunter is on the list to close the game out.

I haven't played the Match and Win much,  but from your recent posts you may be leaning towards newer games.  Flamingo Bingo is the newest but I wouldn't feel good about 50K at 1 in 1,800,000.

I think save up that money for the 10.00 Color of Money, it very well might be out in a few days since B$rizzle and I have both heard from stores it might be coming out Tuesday.

I've seen $3.00 books also only return 35% which I think the average book at any $ amount returns in FL.  5.00 and 20.00 included.   I haven't heard much on people buying whole books of 10.00 ticket though.  But 3.00, 5.00 and 20.00 average books 35% return.  Like you said, you have to hit a decent win like a couple 100.00 wins on a 20.00 book.  Gold Rush has 100.00 at 1:30 so a book of 60tickets may have 1 or 2 100.00 wins or none.  And when it is none then the return is not going to be good.

Hope this helps.  Don't give up, play in the budget,  I'm looking at taking probably 2% of my salary and just throwing it down on tickets. (trying to use the best strategies I can think of and intuition)  Gotta be in to win, gotta take a chance.

Hope you get many more super wins James1, Cheers

Well went a got a roll of Black Pearls. Got $190 back. Had $50 , $40 and $20 right at the beginning of the roll within 10 tickets. Nothing greater then $10 after that. Longest losing streak was 4 tickets and no back to back winners.
