Went back to some old notes/sites and found this old workout, which is pretty good actually. I believe its called Parallel Pairs. It is a pairs workout and someone may be able to use it. Some may already be using it, but anyway just sharing.
You have to track your state by the day of the week. so if you use a friday then you would always use fridays number.
You can use any day of the week to track really, just be consistent.
Lets say we start with VA Friday, 2-18. Friday numbers were 164 day and 649 night
You take the previous Friday's number, which is 2-11 and the numbers that fell were 023 - day and 016 night.
You would stack the numbers from the most recent friday over the past friday, like this. Since VA has 2 draws, then I had to include the numbers from the previos twice in order to pair them correctly.
Past Friday 2-18 164 164 649 649
Previous Friday 2-11 023 016 023 016
now you only pair the numbers up from top to bottom so we would have from the day these pairs 10 62 43 10 61 46
night these pairs 60 42 93 60 41 96
now these could be potential pairs for the upcoming week.
There were several hits from these pairs.
2-19 day 442 night 476
2-20 day 196 night 621
2-23 day 726
2-24 night 149
2-25 day 396
