Ok, here's the deal. I did a backest with this whole p-4 thing for the month of March and it didn't do too well, so that means we were on a recent streak. So this is what I did. I went back to March 1st, and tried something differently.
Since the "Smart Money" states that at least one number from the previous winning draw will show most of the time, we only concentrate on those numbers and try matching them to the combos from 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.
So, as an example for tonight look at the workout below. The last winning number in the Florida P-3 was 070, today, march 29, 2011.
So anything that matches a "0", or a "7", will be considered from the below combos. Now that won't guarantee a combo, but what it will do is give us some good idea of which of those 7 combos below, to concentrate on.
267 qualifies because it has a "7" in it.
580 qualifies because it has a "0" in it.
716 qualifies because it has a "7" in it.
430 qualifies because it has a "0" in it.

What the heck do we do with these?
I'm glad you asked. recntly I was working on another system where you'd look in this year's March winning numbers vertically to see what the individual numbers were going to show for my predictions. But it was creating way too may combos to play. So now, with only 4 combos to match, I just have to look for the vertical method to narrow them down.
Example:

Sunday, March 27-2011, 177 310
Monday, march 28-2011, 922 059
Tuesday, march 29-2011, 070 ???
We look vertically in the Eve because we want to see what number comes after 3 and 0. Also, we want to see what comes after 1 and 5. And finally what comes after 0 and 9.
I have a list on a sheet of paper that goes back to March 1st and beyond, but we only need about 30 days back, so I'm just going to look back from today back to to March 1 to find what comes after those numbers.
let's start with the 3 and 0.
With my handy sheet of past winning numbers in front of me i can see the first 3 and 0.

After the 3 and 0 comes a 7. Then the 5. And finally the 9.

In this case we have 3, 7 and 4. We already have a 7 so we discard the duplicate.
