If you do 50 ,or 100 just use the root or ldr. 21 or 25 . Next. Go to jumping jacks. If its 50, or 100 add use ldr or root or sum picks are : 211 or 215 255 ,915 955 . You not only get in shape but you will work the brain also. You can modify as you like. Don't laugh it may work.
