  Lotteries hate the slogan of ALL YOU NEED IS A DOLLAR AND A DREAM=ALL YOU NEED IS 1 LOTTERY TICKET AND A DREAM because people were playing less which made their revenues go down.That is why THE NEW YORK LOTTERY changed the slogan from ALL YOU NEED IS A DOLLAR AND A DREAM TO HEY, YOU NEVER KNOW which gives you the impression that the more money you spend, the more chances of winning you have.If the NEW YORK LOTTERY feels that I'm wrong they should have ALL YOU NEED IS A DOLLAR AND A DREAM instead of HEY, YOU NEVER KNOW and lets see the revenues results.

  HAVE A SPENDING LIMIT by following this slogan

  I did not know that pumpi76 was a thrifty lottery player.At least i keep the dream alive by having a spending limit for lottery.I can't imagine myself spending at least $500 a year and be frustrated about it.
