Pick 5 games are my first choice whenever i play because you can dream about winning within a life time. The following new york take 5 jackpot was won with a free play.I feel that is important to have at least ONE QUICK PICK TICKET WHENEVER YOU DECIDE TO PLAY

121,043 tickets won a Free Play on March 11, 2011 and if the 1 chance in 10 probability held up, about 1.2 million tickets were sold. The actual monetary payoffs including the jackpot were around 40% of the total wager. Bet 12,000 of those free plays won another Free Play in the next drawing.

It's obvious how winning a Free Play once every 10 drawings limits QP player losses if they don't bet another $1 too, but is little help to SP players.

Beating odds of 575,757 to 1 once in a lifetime by playing 1 QP is quite a dream and maybe that's why Raven was shaking his head.

I have seen players winning new york take 5, sweet millions, classic lotto, mega millions and powerball with $1 quick pick when they played.First the odds of winning a second prize in mega millions and powerball are not better than the odds of winning a take 5 jackpot.I said within a life time because we do not know when we are going to win whether we play $1 or $100 per drawing.Yes buying more tickets increases your chances of winning before we leave this world, but you also lose more money in the short run. That is the main goal of lotteries to make you lose as much as possible in the short run.The lottery is not a big fan of 1 to 5 tickets players. They want you to spend $10, $20 etc.
