I'm new to the forum and lotteries in general.

Especially interested in the "systems," because, well...I want to be a millionaire, but also, if slightly less, b/c I've never considered that there was a truly mathematical basis for reducing variability. (Or have I misunderstood what "system" implies?)
Anyway (I'm a little link-shy b/c I'm a "New Member" and I think there was something about an automatic account suspension thing)
In the thread "MY Turn Club" there is the following:

Mostly Even singles

 028, 046, 029, 038, 047, 056, 128, 146, 236, 245,

489, 678, 048, 246, 012, 049, 058, 067, 148, 238,

247, 256, 346, 689, 068, 248, 014, 023, 069, 078,

168, 249, 258, 267, 348, 456, 024, 268, 016, 025,

034, 089, 124, 269, 278, 368, 458, 467, 026, 468,

018, 027, 036, 045, 126, 234, 289, 469, 478, 568

and so on...

similarly in the thread "My Old 'If ya know just one number' Chart:"

1     2      3      4      5      6      7     8       9    0
0 1 2  0 1 2  0 1 3  0 1 4  0 1 5  0 1 6  0 1 7  0 1 8  0 1 9  0 1 2
0 1 3  0 2 3  0 2 3  0 2 4  0 2 5  0 2 6  0 2 7  0 2 8  0 2 9  0 1 3
0 1 4  0 2 4  0 3 4  0 3 4  0 3 5  0 3 6  0 3 7  0 3 8  0 3 9  0 1 4
0 1 5  0 2 5  0 3 5  0 4 5  0 4 5  0 4 6  0 4 7  0 4 8  0 4 9  0 1 5
0 1 6  0 2 6  0 3 6  0 4 6  0 5 6  0 5 6  0 5 7  0 5 8  0 5 9  0 1 6

0 1 7  0 2 7  0 3 7  0 4 7  0 5 7  0 6 7  0 6 7  0 6 8  0 6 9  0 1 7

My apologies if there is a post for newbies to decipher these (probability?) charts, but can someone please point me in the right direction? We all have to start somewhere.

Much Thanks

The best place to begin would be in the threads those charts came from.

They'd be glad to answer your questions.

And welcome to Lottery Post jhill!

First, you might look at games that offer top prizes that size, top prize for a $1 ticket in a pick3 game is $500.

Second, everyone here playing the jackpot games wants to be a millionaire, but it hasn't happened.

Third, systems are just tools, computer programs or paper and pencil routines that players use to pick combinations.  Lots of LP members like to share ideas about picking winning combinations and there are some tools available that some players find helpful too.

Welcome to LP and good luck.

       * you don't need to buy more tickets, just buy a winning ticket *
