  after the 9 months they bring in the RNG for 3 months and after the 3 months they bring in the ball drawings...

  I would only change one thing.

  I would change the 9 months of ball drawings to 12 months.

  Pennsylvania does something like that. Their 3-ball, 4-ball, and Quinto are drawn with a random number generator midday and with balls in the evening. 

  Personally, I would also be in favor of watching balls. Random number generators aren't as entertaining.

  Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

  In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!
