Is it just me or is there something fishy with the Ohio Lottery changing to on-line only draws for Classic lotto starting July 1st and making the cut-off time at 7:00pm.

    if the current $34.6 million jackpot continues to roll over until the changes are made and then someone wins it all and that person collects the prize anonymously, that would be as fishy as a mermaid's lower extremities after a day of sun bathing on the beach while eating a McDonald's McFish sandwich on a hot and humid summer day and trust me, that is about as fishy as fishy gets. Crazy

          Yes they are, especially when they explain to losers why they continue to lose in spite of investing in lots of tickets and software that guaranteed they would win.

           * you don't need to buy more tickets, just buy a winning ticket *
