just like in nascar and formula1 races, the order of possitions in which the cars are placed seconds before the race start influnces the end of the race..

if a car is placed in the 8th position the position of all the cars at the end of the race will be different than if the car started in 17th position...

same is with the, lottery balls...

The Forex trades: 1.6 Trillion dollars EVERY day, that´s more than the GDP of the Carribbean Central America, COMBINED. Enough to feed every crook out there for centuries...To all Geniuses & Powers Countries of the World the Planet needs breakthroughs in all Medicine, Veterinary, Biology related fields, Psychology, Population Psychology/Sociology..They need to genetically ingeneer new plants species/types to give more variety of plants and thus have more resources for combating diseases¨

The starting positions in most car races are determined by qualifying times so the car in the 8 position was faster than the car in the 17th. If staring position makes a difference, it would be more evident in lottery games where the winning numbers are drawn within seconds of the start as opposed to 200 to 600 miles and seveal laps later in car races.

I've seen pick-5, lotto, and other live ball drawings where the balls are placed in numerical order before being dropped into the container before each drawing and haven't seen any having the same 5 or 6 numbers in every drawing or in consecutive drawings.

That, and track conditions change, people make adjustments to cars and tires, the weather changes, people crash; it has NO bearing on anything aside from it is random too.
