  Here is what I done.

  1) I wheel Group A = 01, 07, 13, 23,  32, 35, 43, 45

  2) I wheel Group B = 04, 17, 18, 19, 24, 34, 38

  3) I wheel Group C = 11, 16, 17 25, 28, 45, 48

  4) I wheel Group D = 10, 16, 18, 30, 32, 37, 48

  5) Played Group E  Asis - 02, 09. 24. 29, 34, 44

  Hind sight is Great because if I played these groups from day one, I would have won 4 JACKPOTS 6 of 6, 8 Match 5 of 6, 13 Match 4 of 6, & 94 Match 3 of 6.  This is just comparing the numbers in my groups to the actual drawings.  Don't forget, I wheeled these numbers so I would have more wins than those I just lised.  So compare the groups above with the results lised below.

  Good luck to you as well.  I will be following the results of you predictions on the prediction board as 50 lines is too many to actually play.  None of my lines matched more than two in Wednesday drawing so I'll be picking 10 more for Saturday drawing.

  I am retired now.  But when I did work, we always had a pool.  If I was back in Ohio working, I would start a small pool of people. Either 15 people @ $10.00/wk or 30 people @ $5.00/wk.  This way I would have the $150.00 to cover the 3 drawings per wk.  But like you said, I will also follow the results of my predictions.  I did a workup of all 50 predictions and here is the results after 685 drawings not counting last night.

  Jackpots =  4 - Total 37,800,000.00

  5 of 6 = 48 @ 1,500.00 = 72,000.00

  4 of 6 = 101 @ 70.00 = 7,070.00

  3 of 6 = 539 @ 2.00 = 1,078.00

  Cost of Playing 685 drawings * $50.00/draw = 34,250.00

  Did any of your pools ever win big?

  Before I retired I participated in a pool at work too with 19 co-workers but we only paid $2 per week.  The biggest game in Ohio then was Super Lotto a 6/47 game which later became Super Lotto Plus a 6/49+1 game after I retired.

  As I remember, the payouts were a little more than they are now with Classic Lotto and we matched 5of6 four times.  Our biggest problem was who would cash the tickets and pay the taxes.  We all were working a lot of overtime and chances were our extra taxes would be more than the state initially took out. 

  We decided to have a drawing for member's kids in college and living at home officially and not working.  He/She would cash in our ticket for an equal share of the after tax amount and get a refund of taxes paid since they didn't have a job.  Has we ever won a jackpot, we would probably have done something different.

  Three drawings so far and those 50 lines have match3 four times for $8 in Ohio and $20 on the prediction board.  My ten lines haven't done any better, they only match3 once but I have the advantage of picking new lines for every drawing.

  First of all - my last post for "Combos & Patterns - Update - Oh Classic Lotto thru 06/11/11" was done on 06/12/11 under Jackpot Games.  or you can go to:  http://www.box.net/shared/5vms79dzu0

  to view my file.  I look for combos & patterns found in various games.  This file is on the Oh Classic Lotto.  What I do here is search for 4 or more of the same numbers which have hit more than once and put them into Groups.

  1) I wheel Group A = 01, 07, 13, 23,  32, 35, 43, 45    -------- These numbers were taken from my Group 72 in the file mentioned above.

  2) I wheel Group B = 04, 17, 18, 19, 24, 34, 38           -------- These numbers were taken from my Group 79 in the file mentioned above.

  3) I wheel Group C = 11, 16, 17 25, 28, 45, 48            -------- These numbers were taken from my Group 81 in the file mentioned above.

  4) I wheel Group D = 10, 16, 18, 30, 32, 37, 48           -------- These numbers were taken from my Group 58 in the file mentioned above.

  5) Played Group E  Asis - 02, 09. 24. 29, 34, 44           -------- These numbers were taken from my Group 75 in the file mentioned above.

  I then bumped each Group A, B, C, D, & E against my master file for the Oh Classic Lotto which contains all the drawings to get the matched hits of 6, 5, 4, & 3.  which I lised above in a previous post.  I do all of my work on an excel spreadsheet with the help of formulas.

  To answer your question,  we had quite of few $100.00 winners but nothing more than 4 out of 6 numbers.  Of coarse, I didn't have LP as an aide nor did we wheel any numbers as at the time I didn't even know what a "wheel in the Lottery" was.  You get alittle wiser with age.  We always went after the big games once it went over 100 million.  If we would have won it big, we would have our Corp attny handle the paperwork as he was also in our group.  I would collect the funds (usually $5.00/person), buy the tickets, make copies of the tickets for distribution to those that gave -- prior to any drawings.  We all had alot of fun.  If someone was out of the office the day we collected the money, I would always put them in as they would reinburse me at a later date.  We never had any problems.

  I did hit 5 of 5 in the IL Little Lotto a number of years ago - my share was 78K & that was with a 3-way split.  Hit the IL Lotto 5 of 6 twice winning a couple of 1 - 2 k each.  With money being tight, I cut down on my lotto tickets, but I still have my favorites which I continue to play on a regular basis.
