I read the following on NSWL's website regarding playing online.

No, you do not have to be an Australian resident to play NSW Lotteries games online. However it is your responsibility to ensure that it is legal in your jurisdiction.

We all get a lot out of lotteries!

They are also required to Wash Their Hands before Placing a Bet!

there is a pulldown menu for countries when signing up. USA aint on the list.

like other mobs, the lotteries have made an agreement not to move in in ea others racket.

"There are additional costs for purchasing NSW Lotteries products over the internet compared to buying from a traditional retail agency."

Daylight robbery, I have read the above, on NSWL's site. They must be kidding, lotteries save money by selling direct to the public, that don't have to pay commissions to retailers. I have not come across this before, thanks, but no thanks. I won't be playing that lottery.
