How do you know this?

I once talked to one from the Iowa lottery here at L.P. I am not sure, but I think that he has or had a more or less high position with the state lottery there and or the Power Ball lottery, yes he of course is a L.P. member and has been known to post more than once.

There might also be others.

Employees of the Lottery from my state are forbidden to use online websites of this nature during PAID work time. I know because a relative of mine does IT work for them and they are strict on site monitoring. They have the ability to block sites. I cannot speak about other states and how they allow employees such access.

"Do you think states monitor Lottery Post?"

Yes they do and they'd be crazy not to.

Where else are they gonna get free surveys and feedback on every move they make besides here, the biggest and best lottery site in the world? We're like a big focus group for them.

Some of them are even members and occasionally post to straighten out a misconception or more fully explain recent changes etc.

Joker I have seen Captain Lotto froml the Missouri Lottery on here.  I would think that most states would monitor this site if nothing else but for feedback.
