What about a nice 12 numbers wheel for a 4/35 game, maybe not a full wheel, but one that might give about a 70% of winning if all 4 numbers are there and another about 50% if all 4 numbers are there, a regular 12 numbers wheel has 495 combinations on it.

Also, How many numbers do you think that a person should wheel in order to have about more or less a 50% chance of getting the 4 winning numbers and the same for a 70% chance of getting the 4 winning numbers?

Well, no big deal, I have some wheeling software and it is good enough.
The thing with jackpot games might be not so much the wheeling, but being able to get the winning numbers among a pool of numbers as small as possible and all the winning numbers not just a few as lower prizes pay next to nothing, as people might know, jackpot games are still being won mostly by chance and not by winning technique.
The TxCash5 is a joke of a game, it pays so little for all the prizes even for the jackpot, that people might be crazy to play it instead of the Tx2Step or some other lottery game.
Cash 5 games are only good enough to play at some other states.
I am beginning to learn about jackpot kind of games, but it might be a waste of time as they pay so little on their lower priizes, the prizes are very much out of proportion to the chances of winning them.

Not sure about the percentages but you can use a wheel similar to one that you might use for Tx Lotto 6/54. I that you play 9 numbers in blocks of 3 for 3 lines. In 2Step, play 6 numbers in blocks of 3 for 3 lines. The problem with that is getting 2 out of 4 pays nothing unless you get the bonus ball. I've never been a big fan of wheels.
I agree that Cash 5 is a waste. I'll play once in a while, but the jackpot is terrible for the odds. If you want to win 25K, play Daily 4 straight for $5, no parimutuel, 10,000 to 1 odds. I play 2 Step pretty heavy while just playing a dollar on PB, MM, and Tx Lotto. In 2 Step I like to play all 35 numbers in 9 lines randomly so all the numbers are in play, then try to figure out the bonus ball. If I hit that I won't retire, but it would pay off bills and get the kids thru college.

Good luck.
These are an example of 9 random lines of the 35 main numbers:
This is a 3 if 4, 12 numbers wheel that gives 27 combinations, but as it is, is useless, because the Tx2Step only pays about $20 more or less for a 3 main numbers win, so you would need to also get the bonus ball to get more or less about $50.
For the most part, unless you are "Lucky" and or good with stats and numbers and or have a very good prediction program the jackpot games might be more of a waste of time and money than other lottery games are.
01 to 12 would be the numbers that you would replace with your own numbers and the last 01 is the number that you replace with your own bonus ball number.
As you know it is cheaper and maybe just as good or better to just play your 35 main numbers on 9 random lines as on the above example.
Getting wheels is not too big of a deal, the thing for me now is, How to pick or predict winning JACKPOT numbers in as small as possible a source or pool of numbers, that is my more or less next line of lottery study maybe for as long as it might take to do.
