  This guy I know has been playing p/3 everyday, spending $40 to $80 a day q/p's.  With some success, but not great.  Anyway he change his play

  and now says he wins almost every day.  He plays front or back for $30.  He has about a 1 in 3 chance there.  Then plays he plays $25. str. and $25. box .

  Now understand, he's playing $1.00 per number.  If he hits the front or back # he wins $100.  If he hits playing Box, he wins $100 if its a double  he wins $200.

  And the str. he wins $600.

  I haven't heard of many playing this, mixing-it-up like that, what do you think.

  What state does your friend play?

  $100 on a $1 bet for front pair/back pair is crazy

   In my state a front pair or back pair pays $50 on a $1 bet. So if you picked a number say 4,5 and played it each way 45x, 54x, x45,x54 it would cost $4 a number with a chance to win $50. If he does that twice then he's got a $100 winner.

   If it works for him, then go for it. But first I would have to see it, so I know it's not all bull.

  The goal is to win more $$ than you spend.

  Your right Teamprofit, it only pays $60. not $100.  Still the mix is a bit different, most wouldn't consider play front/back pairs along with there other plays.

  One might even play p/4 like this, str, box, front/mid/back pairs, front 3/back 3.
