I never started a new post. I tried to google new PA games and found this. 27% return . HORRIBLE!@!!!!!!!!

    Sounds like they are talking about funds for public benefit at 27% minimum:

    You guys in PA actually got better than us here in CA, with 61% returned as prizes and 30% public benefit.

    We in CA only get back 52% as prizes, with 35% public benefit, and more overhead.

    Good to always check up on how your lotto commission money is being allotted by reading the financial reports:

      Thanks Jon for clarifying. I was thinking pack return was only 27%. It wouldnt have shocked me though.
