I want to apologize for not following thru with my word of posting a system in the p-4 for budget plays but I was not satisfied with the hit and miss time it was producing,so I decided not to post it. But I can say it has the same approach as the p-3 system. I will give tips later on how to set-up #'s for play some you may know and some you may not. I think I at least can give something to LP members for not following thru with the system. I only try to post info: that will help someone to hit often and at this time the system didn't. As you may know the p-4 is a format of the p-3. It just have one more #. You can apply the same principle with p-4 as you have with p-3 but instead you will be using the smallest # of the THREE for ex: 123=1 being the smallest # go up three times on the high-side 2-3-4 and go down on the low-side 0-9-8 which produce 2123--3123--4123--0123--9123--8123. Here are some tips to finding #'s to play:
(1)--Three of the #'s drawn in p-4 usually are #'s drawn in p-3 from the previous week ( backtest to see the pattern that follows)
(2)--Two #'s from the last draw or two will repeat next. (p4)
(3)-- Three of the #'s usually repeat after three drawings. (p4)
(4)-- The midday & evening #'s drawn on monday will be your key digits to play throughout the week. Pairs will be extracted from those two sets of #'s during the week. break your pairs down as such: 1234---12--13--14--23--24--34.
(5)-- Most of your drawn #'s in the p-4 comes from 4 to 5 weeks back in the p-3 ( may vary in different states).
GOOD LUCK!
