I saw on the Hoosier Lottery website that the state of Indiana has raised $3.8 billion with its lottery. The date they gave as the starting date was ominous: Friday the 13th of October 1989.

Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!

Perhaps they were thinking lucky for "the house".

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

    Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

That's when they first started offering scratch games.  They didn't start draw games until 1990.

Good to know. I knew they started their Pick-3 and Pick-4 on July 2, 1990; I wasn't sure what they offered before that.
