  I have posted a new article in the Help forum:  https://www.lotterypost.com/help/236648

  The article is for people using Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) who can't figure out why their browser isn't working right.  (It's only for people who are having difficulties with their browser.)

  The article gives instructions for a Microsoft utility I came across today that restores IE8 to its "brand new" condition, getting rid of all add-ons and customizations you've made to it.

  Please see the article for more information and how to use the utility.

  I hope it can be useful to people who are at whit's end with IE8.

  Or these people can just switch to FireFox or Chrome =)
