Hello!  Thanks for your reading time and hope you like this. This is my method for sellecting 5 numbers from 1-31 that are more likely to be selected as winning numbers for the Badger 5 Lottery. Make two graphs.

The 1st graph has 1-31 plotted on the X-axis and the last 15 winning draws (75 #s) plotted on the Y-axis.    1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 ................. 31

The body of the Y-axis (not complete), in the above graph, is composed of 75 Xs. (15 draws times 5=75 Xs)

The information in the 1st graph is used to make the 2nd graph. The 2nd graph has "0s" to "6s" (sometimes up to "7s") plotted on the X-axis and numbers 1-31 make up the body of the Y-axis. Using information from the above graph, 2,3,5,7,8,10,11,14,18, ......... and 31, are listed under "0". Numbers 1,6,13,15,16,17,19,20, and ....... are listed under "1", 12 under "2s" and numbers 4 and 9 ....... are listed under "3".

That's it! The numbers listed under "0s" have a probability of .15. Numbers under "1s" have a probability of .14. "2s" probability is .15. "3s" probability is .21. "4s" probability is .15. "5s" probability is .13 and "6s" probability is .06.  Numbers listed under "3s" have twice the chance of being picked compared to numbers listed under "6s".

I updated the Excel file (version 2002) to add the "Non Rolling Date Range"

So now we have the option of looking at future drawings from a "rolling" date range of 15 days and also a "fixed" date range.

The "fixed" date range is very interesting using the following:

I used the following date range December 31, 2010 through October 31, 2010 (312 through 373) See Tab labeled "Draws" (1st Tab) Column M331:M392.

Badger 5/31 has a total of 31 number 1 through 31. I multiplied the 31 times 2 (31 * 2 = 62) and arrived at a range of 62 draws to calculate.

From the calculation of these 62 drawings from December 31, 2010 through October 31, 2010 I wanted to see how many times I had a 3of5, 4of5, and 5of5 jackpot.

Using the table below: This is from the Tab labeled "XYAxisChart" cell range C42:AI50

Interesting is that there were 2 Jackptot winners using this method of going across.

On Monday May 23, 2011 - 10,12,17,20,24 from 10 numbers 17,21,24,12,23,10,9,7,20,5 (see image above)

On Saturday October 21, 2011 - 1-2-4-6-18 from 11 numbers 14,15,18,6,16,4,8,3,2,1,31 (see image above)

Thanks for update to Spreadsheet and new information added to the "XYAxisResults" chart showing number of hits in horizontal Rows 1 to Row XX. I updated Draws to include 11-18-2011 but only found "XYAxisChart" updated to 11-17-2011. Any changes would be appreciated and thanks again.

Been trying to determine which vertical columns from "0s" to "7s" will receive winning picks and have come up with a graph for columns 2 and 3 as shown below. Days of month on X-axis and probability on Y-axis. Have also made charts for the other columns.

Will see how well this works or doesn't work.
