  lets assume the lottery makes: $30 Billion each year...$30 billion divided by 365 days a week is: $80 million dollars per day...

  if they were to take those: $80 million and place it in the bank to earn interests for 1 day...and they keep doing that each day, postpone the daily earnings for 1 day they will make at the end of the year: $72 Million dollars extra [with scratchoffs and the lottery]...it might not be much but considered this...with it you can buy a huge supercomputer or 12 Apple mach5 supercomputers per year that can serve as: RNGs to the lottery to whichever state you have: RNG...
