Will CA really join Powerball?

 There was a news article saying California is seriously considering joining Powerball. The article was posted August 2011 and since then I heard nothing new. So what's going on?

    I don't think Calfornia will join Powerball because Powerball will raise it to $2 per draw.

      California is conservative when it comes to gambling.

      The state has reached its lottery drawing quota.

            Aw, come on. There are a lot of conservatives outside the metropolitan area in CA.
