Hello mrsd.  I'm GiveFive aka G5.

I bought A+ over a year ago and as The Mink Man said, I've gone totally nuts with it.

If you dont mind, I'll give you my thoughts about it.

At first, it did not thrill me.  I found it very un-user friendly.  As time went by, I got the hang of it, but I will say that if you have a copy of Gail Howard's Lottery Master Guide, you'll be better off.  That's because the software and the book go hand in glove.

What it's taught me is that there are about a dozen different techniques/methods/ways/strategies/approaches to analyze the numbers.  There's odd/evens, high/lows, hot/colds, astrology, skips, groups and pairs just to name a few of the many ways one could look at/analyze the numbers.  To pick my numbers, I tend to look at odd/evens, high/low, groups, and skips the most.  I do look at pairs occasionally, but I never look at things like astrology or trailing numbers.

In addition to A+, you're also going to need a fair amount of luck to win a substantial prize.  In my experience with it, the best I've done with it, is to see very broad (vague?) trends. If you think it's going to give you good specific numbers to play, well, it's probably not.  Yeah, A+ will tell me that odds are more prevalent in the last 10 drawings, but that may not mean very much when the drawing happens. Let's face it, even though a lot of odds get drawn, if you aint got the correct odd numbers on your ticket, you wont win much money.

As far as history and stats go, it's great!  But like they say about investing in the stock market, history is not a guarantee of future results.  But go ahead and buy it anyway... it is entertaining, you will definitely learn things about the numbers that you never knew before.  Have fun with it and Good luck!  G5

Good morning G5!  Thank you for your input!  I guess I will have some fun playing around with A+ to see what it can do.  I will just have to get used to it.  But atleast then I will have an accurate way of analyzing the numbers.     Right now I am so used to working the p3 and p4 but I thought I would venture into the T5 to see what I can do with it.     I see you also work on the SM. Yes I do stop over to that thread every now and then.  LOL    Does A+ also track that?

A+ tracks every lottery on the planet. (That's if you want it to.  It will also just track your faves and ignore all the rest if that's what ya want)

One other thing I should have mentioned in my post about A+ is that once you get the hang of it, (and there's A LOT of functionality in it) most likely you'll consistently get small lower tier wins.  In Sweet Million, I hit 3 numbers (which wins me a whopping 3 bucks) fairly regularly.  That's why I said you'll also need some good luck in addition to using A+.  I figure if I can hit 3 numbers and the Lottery Gods are kind to me and hand me the other three I need...

In Take5, when I played almost every day, I was winning a 3 banger about once a month.  Free Plays were a a very common occurrence for me.   These days, I'm not playing Take5 much at all.  I still watch this thread, but I'm spending my money on Sweet.  If I play both games, it cuts down what I have to spend on Sweet Million. So last October I stopped playing Take5 everyday and only play it every so often.  I do play Sweet twice a week, and I play at least ten bucks (sometimes more if I have the money) each drawing.  I find I'm not spending as much money on the lottery as I used to.

Dont know if you ever get to Connecticut, but if you do, there's a raffle going on there that has 275,000 to 1 odds to win a million bucks.  It aint cheap, it's 10 bucks a ticket.  I go over there fairly often because I have a daughter that goes to college in CT, so I always get a "SuperDraw" ticket when I go to see her.  The next drawing is July 6th.  If they dont sell all 275,000 tickets, then the odds will be less than 275,000 to 1.  A year or two ago, they only sold 262,000 out of the 275,000 so the odds were reduced by 13,000 to 1.  I dont think you can find odds that low to win a million dollars anywhere.

If I'm not mistaken, your in Brooklyn.  I got a son living in Park Slope.  He live's a few blocks from Prospect Park.  I go down there every once in a Blue Moon.  Always buy some Sweet Million or Take5 when I go.  Seems to me a lot of jackpot winners come out of Brooklyn, so why not me????  Good luck to you!  G5

About playing the lottery --  You will lose more than you win. Until you hit a jackpot.  Then everything changes!

LB I have a. Question, when you get that many fp do u also play your regular. Numbers

I have two theories when it comes to free plays.

                            1) First if I did my workout, and I DONT have any inclination, I will play light.  1 to 3 bucks and use up the free plays.

                            2) If I did my W/O and I have really great feeling on a number then I will load up on the free plays to see if I got any of the particular number I was hoping for.

I figure if I get the number I want in some of the combos I was planning to play then I can save a few bucks since they already came as free plays.

Tonite though, I am all in with free plays AND my regular numbers.

I picked up some of Sg-1 numbers but I aint feeling all those skip 6 and 7.

He got lucky that time when the 27 popped.Wink

                            Good Luck to you tonite!!
