I havent bought any scratch off tickets before and I dont really understand how to play some of them.

I dont understand what "Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to any of the WINNING NUMBERS" means.

Do I scratch off all the "winning numbers" section and then scratch off all of the "your numbers" sections? Or am I suppose to scratch off all the "winning numbers" section and then scratch off one of the "your winning" numbers and have that number match with the other numbers?

Any helped would be appreciated.

So you scratch off the winning numbers section. Then scratch off all the your numbers section. If a number appears in both "your numbers" and "winning number" sections, then you won a prize. Usually the prize is shown right under the winning number that you've matched. That's how it's usually played.
