NJ last three days of Pick3 results have been 861, 850, 827. Raised my eyebrow a wee bit. Not sure I have ever seen three mirrors repeat back to back to back. Or maybe I did, but didn't realize what I was seeing. Checked the night draw which showed four 3-8 mirrors, 381, 383, 883, and 384 in the last 12 draws.
My brain cell said, "Hey! How often do mirrors hit in the same draw?"
My other brain cell said, "Who knows?"
Mirrors are the two digits that make up Vtracs. Vtrac1 is digits 0 and 5; Vtrac2 is digits 1 and 6; Vtrac3 is digits 2 and 7; Vtrac4 is digits 3 and 8; and Vtrac5 is digits 4 and 9. Using Vtracs means you are tracking two digits at once and not digits individually. Each Vtrac consists of a low/high and even/odd pairing.
So how often do they come out in the same draw?
In every state checked each Vtrac hit in the same draw 5 to 6 times per hundred. Total for the group - about 30 per 100.
That's probably not something you want to build a system around, but it might be something useful to know. And it sort of puts exclamation points to all the mirrors seen in Jersey.
