  each state spends like: $500,000 a year in audits for the lottery games...So nationally the USA spends like: $25 Million dollars a year in audits for the lottery games [even though i think you really spens like: $10 million a year per state...

  think of this...You could save those: $25 Million a year and in 4 years buy a: $100 Million dollars IBM Roadrunner or Red Storm supercomputer which was not long ago the fastest supercomputer in the world...and use it as the: RNG of all the lotteries in the USA...

  you can program that supercomputer to do anything you want and you save yourself using audits...

  Those: $25 million a year can go into more innovations for the tickets, more innovations for the machines that print tickets, expanding lottery retailers, maybe modernizing or innovating the lottery card where you mark the numbers, maybe using satellites if you havent already, drawings library archives, who knows what else you could do with it...Those: $25 million can hire: 833 people working for the lottery working as consultants, for example each one getting paid: $2,500 and $3,000 a month...

  If the whole world spends: $500,000 a year in audits the world will spend between: $225 Million and $450 million dollars every year in audits for the balls machine...that´s: $1 Billion dollars every 2 to 4 years...

  for example: $450 million dollars perrrrrrrrrrrrr yeaaarr can hire: 15,000 people each getting paid: $2,500 a month working as lottery consultants...
  

  The Forex trades: 1.6 Trillion dollars EVERY day, that´s more than the GDP of the Carribbean Central America, COMBINED.   if it is: $450 Million dollars per year in 3 years or every 3 years they can build a: $1 Billion dollars building like the Chrysler Building and use it as the: Global Headquarters of the lottery...
